A high-performance humanoid robot, Tokizawa Eeta, arrives from 400 years in the future with a single mission: to protect manga editor Kamio Kurumi. Sensing an impending incident involving Kurumi, Leo sends Eeta back in time to ensure her safety. In order to stay close to her, Eeta begins working part-time in the shojo manga editorial department where Kurumi works, gradually learning about human society in the Reiwa era.
